  Alpha- amylase: 2839 U/L

  CT SCAN:

  Non - Contrast Image

  The pancreas is slightly bulky for the age

  Subtle fat stranding and thickening of adjacent fascia is seen.

  Distended gallbladder with neck calculus (probably early cholecystitis)

  Hepatomegaly with fatty liver (clinical importance: patients with fatty liver have relative       bad prognosis compared to without fatty liver).
