Stages of learning in Radiology

                                                                          

Stage 1: 

When you learn from your colleagues / seniors / consultants during your training

Ready for next stage: when there is stagnation in your radiology skills (time to work independently). Stagnation can be due to your own limitations!

Stage 2: 

When you learn from your referring clinical colleagues

Ready for next stage: when you start thinking like clinician, understand their thought process, apply in your work and discuss management with them.

Stage 3: 

Start teaching other radiology students and learn with them. 

Since they are next gen students, they have a fresh basic medical knowledge and aware of newer concepts, you will learn more by exchange of knowledge.
